Ann-Marie Wise, 62, of Fulton passed away peacefully Tuesday, May 26, 2026 after a brief illness. She was born June 21, 1963 in Fulton to Jesse and Sheila Yardley and was a graduate of G. Ray Bodley High School, Class of ’81. Ann-Marie was employed at the Oswego County Department of Motor Vehicles for 37 years until her retirement in 2024. She was a communicant of Holy Trinity Church and in her free time she enjoyed gardening, canning vegetables and antiquing.

       Ann-Marie is survived by her mother, Sheila A. Yardley of Fulton; her sister and brother-in-law, Lynn and Bradley Shirk of Baldwinsville and their three children, Zacharie, Jacob and Ryan; her aunt, June Dusharm; her brothers-in-law, Tony (Jill) Wise, Kevin Wise and David (Debra) Wise as well as several nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and cousins including Donna and Dave Johnson who helped provide care for Ann-Marie during her illness. Ann-Marie was blessed with many close friends, including Jennifer Cooper and Suzanne Davis, who stood by her with compassion throughout the last 10 weeks. She was predeceased by her father, Jesse Yardley; her husband, Dennis Wise; her in-laws, Paul and Jean Wise; her brother-in-law, Paul “PJ” Wise.

       Calling hours are 5 to 7 p.m., Thursday, June 4, 2026 at Brown Funeral Home, 21 Flood Drive in Fulton. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m., Friday, June 5, 2026 at Holy Trinity Church, 309 Buffalo Street in Fulton. Burial will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Fulton. In lieu of flowers, donations in Ann-Marie’s memory may be made to St. Mary’s Cemetery, 309 Buffalo St., Fulton, NY 13069.
