Charles F. "Chuck" Boardway, 63, of Fulton, passed away Tuesday, December 22, 2020 at Oswego Hospital. He was born September 27, 1957 in Syracuse to Charles and Kathy Boardway. Chuck retired from O.C.C.R.A. where he was employed as a laborer for 43 years. He enjoyed playing Bingo, making model cars and fishing. He is survived by his wife, Judith Boardway; his daughter, April Smith; his son, Chucky Boardway; his step-children, Duane Dolbear, Karen Orr and Paul Cunningham; his sister, Marge Lambert; his brother, Ron (Linda) Boardway; his granddaughter, Makayla Smith as well as several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his step-son, Brian J. Dolbear on December 16, 2020. Calling hours for Charles and his step-son, Brian Dolbear are 2 to 4 p.m., Saturday, April 10, 2021 at Brown Funeral Home, 21 Flood Drive in Fulton.
