Graveside services for Josephine A. Kelly, 60, of Fulton, who died Wednesday, January 17, 2024 will be held at 1 p.m., Monday, May 6, 2024 at Hannibal Center Cemetery, Cemetery Road in Hannibal. Josephine was born September 20, 1963 in Fulton the youngest of 12 children to Lyndon and Marie Manford. Josephine was a homemaker and enjoyed socializing with her family and friends. She would often host cookouts and Sunday dinners. Josephine is survived by her children, Angelica Manford of Fulton, Latasha Sistrunk of Fulton, Nicole Allen of Fulton, Auburn Allen of Maine and James Allen, Jr. of Fulton; her sisters, Linda Leech of Fulton and Sharon Bentley of Pennellville; her brother, Leo Manford of Fulton; and her grandchildren whom she loved more than anything in the world, Ebony, Miguel, Brian Jr., Audrianna, Rowen and Sylar as well as several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Daniel Kelly; her siblings, George, Lyndon, Gary, Dorothy, Jeff, Marie, Tina and Diane; by her grandsons, Devon and Santana.
