Michelle Coant, 58, of Fulton passed away peacefully Tuesday, July 2, 2024 with her loving family by her side. Michelle was born September 26, 1965 in Syracuse and enjoyed spending time with her family and visiting her grandparents' farm. She was a dedicated employee of Oswego Industries for over 40 years and was currently attending their Senior Program. She enjoyed watching sports especially SU sports, the New York Mets and was an avid fan of the New York Yankees. In her free time, Michelle liked crossword and word search puzzles. She also loved to color pictures to give to her family and friends. Michelle was a member of the Fulton First United Methodist Church. She is survived by her parents, Ivan and Linda Coant of Fulton; her brother and sisters-in-law, James and Jennifer Coant and their son, Sam of Syracuse, Charles and Sandra Coant and their son, Daniel of Hannibal and Michael and Kimmi Coant and their children, Tyler and Mackenzie of Fulton; her aunt, Norene Butterfield of Fulton and by several cousins and friends. Michelle was predeceased by her paternal grandmother, Elnora Coant and by her maternal grandparents, James and Helen Blance. Calling hours will be held from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., Tuesday, July 9, 2024 with services to follow at the Fulton First United Methodist Church. Burial will be in Mount Adnah Cemetery in Fulton.
