Paul Thomas Stoutenger, Sr., 73, of Fulton passed away Saturday, August 2, 2025 at University Hospital in Syracuse. He was born May 19, 1952 in Fulton to Donald Paul and Jennie Cira Stoutenger. Paul was a graduate of G. Ray Bodley High School in 1970 and married Lynda Marie Earle on December 8, 1984. He retired as a Quality Control Inspector from D-K Manufacturing Corporation in Fulton after several years of service. In his free time, Paul enjoyed reading the newspaper, attending races at the Oswego Speedway and spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. Paul is survived by his wife, Lynda; his children, Paul (Heather) Stoutenger, Jr., Keith (Angela) Stoutenger, Ruth Stoutenger, John (Tiffany) Stoutenger and Christa (Tim Parody II) Stoutenger; his brother, Larry (Sue) Stoutenger; his grandchildren, Alexander, Victoria, Kaylie, Hunter, Jennifer, Maddie, Eva and Timmy. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his brother, Wayne Stoutenger. There are no calling hours, the family will be having a private celebration of Paul's life at a later date.
