Phyllis A. Vincent, 83, of Fulton, passed away at home on Wednesday, April 16, 2025. She was a homemaker and enjoyed keeping her house neat and clean. Phyllis is survived by her daughter, Ann Marie Vincent; her grandchildren, Cheyenne and James Vincent, Jr. She was predeceased by her son, James Vincent, Sr. A calling hour will be held from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m., Friday, April 25, 2025 with services to follow at Brown Funeral Home, 21 Flood Drive in Fulton.
