Sandra A. "Sandy" White, 78, of Fulton passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday, September 3, 2025 with her family by her side. She was born in Lakewood, New Jersey on April 15, 1947 to Joseph and Louise Bixler. Her early years were spent in Toms River, New Jersey where she grew up and was a graduate of Toms River High School, Class of 1965. Sandy was a Navy wife and traveled wherever her husband Fred was stationed around the world and eventually settled in Fulton in 1989. She was employed as a teacher's aide at the Volney Elementary School for several years until her retirement in 2006. Sandy enjoyed watching her sons and grandsons play sports. She is survived by her husband of 55 years, Frederick R. White, Jr.; two sons, Frederick R. (Martha) White III and Joseph D. White all of Fulton; four grandsons, Trey, Frederick IV, Owen and Alexzander White. Sandy was predeceased by her parents, Joseph and Louise Bixler. Calling hours will be held from 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday, September 13, 2025 with services to follow at Brown Funeral Home, 21 Flood Drive in Fulton.
