William Gerald Bartlett, 95, of Volney, passed away Wednesday, July 6, 2022 at home with his loving family by his side. He was born February 25, 1927 in Volney to Franklin and Aleta Bartlett. Bill was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II. He was employed as a laborer and a plumber. Bill enjoyed working on his farm tractors, going to tractor shows, traveling to garage sales and spending time with his family. He is survived by his children, Kenny Bartlett, Melinda Davis, Michelle Atkinson, Christine (Ronald) Austin, Kimberly Bartlett, Randy Bartlett, Tim (Cindy) Bartlett, Jeff Bartlett and Ralph Bartlett; his bothers, Donald and Ross; his sisters, Arlene, Pat, Kathleen, Charlotte and Sue as well as several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Bill was predeceased by his wife, Bernice; his sons, Ronald and Scott; his brothers, Frank and Harold; his sisters, Gloria, Pearl and Margie. Calling hours are 2 to 4 p.m., Sunday, July 10, 2022 with services to follow at Brown Funeral Home, 21 Flood Drive in Fulton.
